Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns within 21 days of the purchase date for all unused, unworn merchandise with a receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging or with tags attached.

Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all online orders.

Final Sale Items & Exceptions
All sale items, seasonal merchandise, and select specialty pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are also final sale:

• Beauty products (including skincare, lip products, and bath & body)

• Hair accessories

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email a photo to our customer care team at info@floralandflannelclothing.com within 48 hours of delivery. We truly appreciate the opportunity to make it right.
