Setting up FAQs
Please allow additional time if order is delayed by the carrier. You can check with your neighbors to see if they may have received your order. Be sure to check around your property to see if item was placed in a different location than usual.
We are not responsible for damaged items during transit, mis-delivered items, or, incorrect shipping addresses. If your order has been lost or stolen in transit that is and issue that needs to be taken up with the carrier service. It is a service you purchase along with your items from us.
